Sunu Engineer, CEO
Sunu was a senior scientist with the instrumentation lab at the Inter-University Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA). During his tenure at IUCAA spanning over 12 years, Sunu has been involved with a wide variety of projects involving all facets of Electronic and Software system design. Sunu's inventive and enterprising vision has led the exponential growth of the company in the last six years. Sunu is also an avid teacher and instructs students in graduate and post graduate courses at various universities around the world. Sunu holds a PhD in Astrophysics from the University of Pune.

Vijay Raju Iyengar, CTO
Vijay was a partner and chief designer at Universal Embedded Solutions and now leads most development activities at ECM. Over the last eight years, he has been instrumental in designing and developing our extended product portfolio. He has successfully managed and executed a variety of turnkey projects with diverse and challenging requirements in areas such as industrial automation, secure smart-card transactions, protocol off-load engines, etc. He is also visiting faculty at numerous educational institutes in Pune including CDAC and the UoP. Vijay has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from the University of Pune.

Rahul Agarwal, CFO
Rahul has over eight years of industrial experience, working in diverse fields of embedded systems design, with both product and service companies. He has been spearheading the finance and marketing efforts at ECM for the last three years, which has led to considerable expansion of ECM as a company. With two patents filed, and multitude of ideas at prototyping and documentation stage, he also leads the IP division at ECM. Rahul has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering and a diploma in VLSI design from the University of Pune.

Nishigandh Joshi, Director
Nishigandh comes with an overall experience of 22 years in the field. His major experience has been in business development, strategic partnerships and alliance, especially in embedded and mobility domain. Nishigandh holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics engineering subsequent to which has acquired formal education in business administration, software development and business communication.

Ashutosh Jadhav, VP Products
Ashutosh has more than 8 years of experience in developing Products. He has been part of a enterprise level product development all throughout. He has lead various projects and assignments spanning across various phases of product  development life cycle. Ashutosh heads products development activities at ECM. He holds bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from the University of Pune.
